master list

I have been making lists non-stop for our upcoming road trip- I currently have four, for the twelve day vacation that I am working off of. What can I say, I like a good list? So in the spirit of all things list related, I thought I would share with you the master to-do list for our duplex. In theory this list has all the things we want to accomplish before we can claim the house is "done." Since I first made this list a month or two ago we have crossed a few things off, and I wouldn't be surprised if in another month or so a couple more things find their way on there.

-Paint house exterior and trim
-Paint shed to match house

-Re-attach chimney cap

-Possibly stain fence

-Make path to our back door

-Possibly pave a patio

-Possibly fix back sidewalk

-Paint and re-attach mailboxes

-Possibly replace stone with mulch

-Seed/ Sod backyard

-Repair upstairs windows

-Fix basement window

-Attach kickplate

-Repaint 2^nd floor back stairs

-Repaint attic stairs

-Repaint front porch

-Repaint 1^st floor basement stairs with glossy paint

-Frost attic window

-Frost upper bathroom window

-Finish upstairs hallway trim/hook upgrade

-Fix/clean gutters

-Pave a spot for our fire pit
-Paint attic window trim
-Paint pantry interior
